Turkey Cutlets with Balsamic Onions
Easy, fast recipe that is VERY flavorful and unique.
Ingredients
- 1 lb turkey cutlets
- 3 T. balsamic vinegar
- salt/pepper
- olive oil
- 3 onions
- cucumber
- lettuce
- carrots
Preparation
Heat olive oil in a pan, then cook salted/peppered turkey cutlets until done. Remove to a plate and keep warm (cover with foil).
Cut the onions into thin half-rings and cook in the same pan with olive oil. When they are almost done, add about 3 T. balsamic vinegar, and a generous pinch of salt to them. Stir until warmed through, then pour the onions over the turkey cutlets to serve.
Serve with a simple salad of lettuce, cucumbers, and carrots with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
