Mint Iced Tea

Perfect summer beverage to keep on hand in the fridge.

Ingredients

  • honey
  • orange juice
  • mint

Preparation

Boil a large pot of water. Add a large handful of mint leaves and stems to the water, cover pot, and turn off heat. Allow to steep for 5-15 minutes, then remove the mint and discard. Add honey to taste, and try it with the juice of an orange for variety. Cool and serve over ice, with a fresh mint leaf to garnish.
