Slow Cooker Turkey Kielbasa with Cabbage and Potatoes
A really simple turkey kielbasa recipe for the slow cooker for those days when you are really busy!
Ingredients
- 1 lb. turkey kielbasa
- 2 medium potatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium cabbage
Preparation
Cut the turkey kielbasa into 2 inch pieces and place in the bottom of the slow cooker. Cut the two potatoes into quarters (I like to leave the skin on, but you can peel them first if you prefer) and place in the slow cooker on top of the kielbasa. Core the cabbage, cut into quarters, and place in the slow cooker on top of the potatoes. Sprinkle the cabbage with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
